Application Instructions

Applicants must reside within our service area. Orders are accepted after 2 PM on Thursday until 5 PM on Monday for current weekly pickup. Late orders will NOT be accepted. Pick up times are between 1 PM and 5 PM on Thursday. Orders that are not picked up during the designated times will be returned to inventory without exception. We will no longer be holding boxes for alternate pickup times.

Pickup location is at the New to You store 11620 60th avenue in Allendale.

Every Thursday between 1 and 5pm. Let the cashier know you are there to pick up a food pantry order when you arrive and they will direct you. Please bring a photo ID.

What if I cannot pick up my order during regular pickup time?

If you or someone in your family cannot pickup the order during regular pickup time, it is your responsibility to contact the Love INC office at (616) 895-5683 or info@loveincneo.org to make other arrangements. **Food orders can NOT be picked up on Saturdays at this time.

Can someone else pick up my order for me if I do not have transportation?
Yes! Just make sure they state your name when they arrive to ensure they get the correct box.

Pick up is on Thursdays at 2:00 pm at the New To You Thrift Store located at 11620 60th Ave Allendale 49401. Bring Photo ID and let the cashier know you have a box to pickup. If you have technical trouble with the Food Request Form, please call our office at (616) 895-5683 on weekdays between 9am and 2pm. We will assist you with getting your form submitted.
